20 000 requests received in the system of interdepartmental interaction for two months

Two months have passed since launching of the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction aimed at minimizing citizens’ visits to different agencies.
More than 20 000 requests, 2500 daily have been sent via the system. For September, 1, 2012 2700 employees of the republican authorities and local self-government worked in the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction.
Most requests (91 percent) are received from the Russian State Register and Cadastre Chamber. The most popular document is an extract from the Unified state register of legal entities.
Agencies working more efficiently in the system are the Tatarstan Ministry of land and property and Ministry of education and science. The Ministry of agriculture and Ministry of forestry show lowest results by the number of requests in the system.
Most requests have been received from Vysokogorsky and Kaibitsky, whereas a few requests - from Alekseevsky, Cheremshansky, Sabinsky, Novosheshminsky, Bavlinsky, Aktanysh regions, and Kazan.
At the meeting at the RT Cabinet on August 31 the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov suggested increasing personal responsibility of officials who require from citizens references in a paper format.
In accordance with the Federal Law №210 “About organization of rendering of state and municipal services” the fine for an official can make from 3000 to 30000 thousand roubles depending on the violation.

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
