SEZ Dubna interested in Tatarstan IT projects

Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan, Minister of informatization and communications Roman Shaikhutdinov and Director General of SEZ of technical innovation type “Dubna” Maksim Prachik have discussed issues of creation and development of technoparks and special zones of technical innovation type in Russia. The meeting took place in the Kazan IT-park.
Chief of the Department for interaction with residents of SEZ Dubna Aleksei Stepanenko, and Deputy Director of the RT Center of information technologies, chief of Innopolis project Anton Grachev took part in the meeting.
The first technopark under the federal program “Creation of high technology technoparks in Russia” appeared in Kazan in 2009. Today it is completely occupied by residents. Total annual receipt of residents has made 3 mln roubles. On August 25 the second IT-park will be officially opened in Naberezhnye Chelny under this program. Moreover, construction of IT city “Innopolis” for 150 000 people is planned.
Roman Shaikhutdinov informed that the Tatarstan Ministry of informatization and communication is preparing a request for RF Ministry of economic development for assigning the status of SEZ of technical innovation type to Innopolis, and Dubna practice can be useful for Tatarstan.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
