Tatarstan and Korea exchange opinions about creation of Electronic government

VI international seminar on studying best practices in the sphere of E-government and information community of leading global electronic countries took place in the Republic of Korea on August 6-10.
Officials of the Ministry of communications, 12 RF subjects, including officials of the Tatarstan Ministry of informatization and communications took part in the seminar. Tatarstan delegation was presented by Deputy Minister of informatization and communications Anisa Gainullina. She presented elements of infrastructure and services of the Tatarstan E-government. The National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA) found that very interesting.
“Experience of Korean colleagues will be used in activity on improving republican information resources,” Anisa Gainullina said. In particular, such projects in the context of Open Government as electronic government purchases, electronic state and municipal services, and “People’s control”.
“We are glad and proud to know that our foreign colleagues do us an honour and share issues most interesting for Russian specialists, notably their base of mistakes and solutions. We are also interested in best practices in mobile services and civil electronic initiatives. We will try to present our regional projects in every country following Tatarstan’s example. Next seminar will be held in France in September. More than 10 French federal agencies are involved in preparation of the program,” main organizer of the seminar, Chief of the Institute of electronic state Sergei Yurkevich said.
The Republic of Korea takes the first place in the world in the sphere of developing national projects in the context of E-government and information community in UN rating of electronic government.
