6 August 2012, Monday
2416 interdepartmental requests have been sent by Tatarstan authorities for the past week, Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of informatization and communications Roman Shaikhutdinov informed at a meeting at the RT Cabinet on Saturday.
“A positive dynamics is observed, but it is not enough. The number of requests must exceed the number of appeals,” Roman Shaikhutdinov said.
Thus, in July 2012, Tatarstan authorities sent 5181 interdepartmental requests via the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction, 10769 services were granted.
According to analysis conducted by the Tatarstan Ministry of economy, about 20 % of maximum required number of requests have been sent in republic. In fact, there must be not less than 27000 requests. “It means that not all authorities use the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction,” Roman Shaikhutdinov explained.
Leading regions by the amount of sent requests are Baltasi, Zelenodolsk, Mamadysh, Nurlat regions, the Ministry of land and property, and the Department of State non-departmental expertise on construction and architecture.
Alkeevsky, Bugulminsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Muslyumovsky, Tyulyachinsky regions, Ministry of agriculture, Ministry of forestry and the Department for protection and use of fauna objects lag behind.
