Pierre Ferring: “You have reached the highest point in the sphere of technoparks development in Russia”

Ambassador of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to Russia Pierre Ferring has visited the Kazan It-park.
The guest was met by Deputy Minister of informatization and communications Anisa Gainullina and Director of GAU “High Technology Technopark “IT-park” Dinar Nasyrov.
After presentation of IT-park platform the guest went to business incubator where the system of electronic state services was shown to him. This topic seemed to be very close to the Ambassador since Luxembourg government agencies initiated a lot of projects which favoured on-line management and its greater transparency.
According to Mr Ferring, the Luxembourg Government is willing to turn the country into international technology center.
Deputy Director of GUP “Center of information technologies of the Republic of Tatarstan” Anton Grachev who presented the project of Innopolis told about IT university in details. The future university will accept 5000 students. Its educational program is developed in partnership with Carnegie Mellon University (USA).
The International Competence Centre – the Kazan Technical College of Information Technologies and Communications invites graduates, their parents and all interested individuals to the Open Day event.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
