New service on granting licenses now available on the portal uslugi.tatarstan.ru

Submission of electronic applications to receive licenses for provision, storage, processing and selling ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metal can now be realized on the RT Portal of state and municipal services.
The service is available for self-employed entrepreneurs and legal parties. To use the service, download and fill in an application form, prepare needed personal documents and send the application to the RT Ministry of economy. Specialists check correctness of the application and inform the applicant via “my profile” option. Here applicants can also check the status of application processing.

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
