Tatarstan Ministry of Informatization and Communications: a system of continuous IT education is the key driver of development of the digital economy
On March 26, in Saint Petersburg, a meeting of the Council on Digital Economy Development under Russian Federation Council on the topic “Human capital as the main asset of the digital economy” was held.
Council members got acquainted with the experience of Tatarstan in establishing a system of continuous education in the digital economy.
Chairman of the Council on Digital Economy Development under the Federation Council, Vice-Speaker of the Upper Chamber of Parliament, Secretary of the United Russia General Council Andrei Turchak made a keynote report. According to him, a key driver of development of digital industries can be a regional ecosystem of continuous education.
First Deputy Minister of Informatization and Communications of the republic Dmitry Vandyukov reported on the experience of Tatarstan in establishing a system of continuous IT education.
