The most active participants of IT-Champion contest live in Saby, Tyulyachy and Drozhzhanoe regions

Tatarstan schoolchildren continue to accumulate prize points in the regional IT-Champion contest held by the Ministry of Informatization and Communication of the republic together with the Ministry of Education and Science of the republic and aimed at developing digital skills of schoolchildren and improve computer literacy of the population. Schoolchildren involve parents and adults in the active use of e-services on the Portal of State Services of the republic to get the maximum number of reward points and to win a smartphone.

Over 100,000 participants took part in the first stage of the IT champion contest across the republic. The second stage of the contest started on February 1 and will last till the end of April.

To date, the leaders in the number of participants are Saby, Tyulyachy, Drozhzhanoe, Muslyumovo and Buinsk regions of the republic, in particular over 80 per cent of all schoolchildren from Saby region took part in the contest.
