640 messages registered in the system “People’s control” for one and a half month

640 messages have been received from citizens in the unified system of interaction of state authorities and citizens “People’s control” since the system was launched, Deputy Minister of informatization and communications of the Republic of Tatarstan Anisa Gainullina informed at a briefing in the RT Cabinet.
Anisa Gainullina reminded that the system “People’s control” was created in accordance with the Order of the RT President Rustam Minnikhanov. “The system enables forming a unified information field for interaction of citizens and the state,” she said.
Via the system “People’s control” citizens can inform about problems in the following spheres: road facilities, education, health care, social services, site improvement, ecology, public transport, and other urgent problems of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In order to send a message one has to register of the portal of state services, choose a category, mark a place on the map or indicate the address, briefly describe a problem (no more than 280 symbols), and attach photos as a proof. This option is available on the portal uslugi.tatar.ru and mobile phones (using the special application for smartphones).
Specialists of the contact center of state and municipal services check up the request and publish it on the portal. Afterwards, it is directed to a relevant ministry or agency.
When processing of the request is finished and the problem is solved the performer publishes a report about fulfilled work.
Deputy Minister of informatization and communications said that the system “People’s control” was launched on April 16. 640 messages have already been received and they were supported by 8200 people. A large amount of requests are received from Kazan.
In accordance with the information given by Anisa Gainullina, the most popular topics are condition of roads, unauthorized landfills, and site improvement.
On June, 1 the Tatarstan President signed an edict which implies development of regulations requiring from authorities to answer requests in “People’s control”.
The International Competence Centre – the Kazan Technical College of Information Technologies and Communications invites graduates, their parents and all interested individuals to the Open Day event.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
