State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan supported the candidacy of Roman Shaikhutdinov for the post Deputy PM – RT Minister of informatization and communications

Deputies of RT State Council supported the proposal of RT President Rustam Minnikhanov about appointment of the candidacy of Roman Shaikhutdinov for the post Deputy PM – RT Minister of informatization and communications.
“The sphere of informatization and communications faces serious tasks, - further realization of the program “Electronic Tatarstan” in health care and education, rendering of state and municipal services in electronic format. That is why a strong manager in IT sphere was appointed to this post,” Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov said introducing Roman Shaikhutdinov.
On December 11, Moscow hosted this year's important IT events: the awards ceremony for the winners of the "Sprint to the Future - Code of Success!" award and the Sprint 2.0 Accelerator Demo Day.
In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
