President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov visits IT-park

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov visited High technology technopark IT-park during his working trip to the Republic of Tatarstan. President of Turkmenistan was accompanied by the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.
Members of the Turkmenistan delegation were met by Vice RT Prime minister – Minister of communications Nikolay Nikiforov and Director of IT-park Dinar Nasyrov. Guests acquainted with infrastructure of the Kazan IT-park, its resident policy, and projects of the companies.
Nikolay Nikiforov told about the second IT-park under construction in Naberezhnye Chelny and plans on constructing innovative satellite town - Innopolis in the suburb of Kazan.
The minister also told about adoption of information technologies in education, health care and rendering state services in Tatarstan.
The interdepartmental system of document flow and its mobile version was presented to Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov.
The delegation also visited the control center in the Regional center of space services and acquainted with adoption of the system GLONASS+112 in Tatarstan.
In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
On November 27, "Technopark in the sphere of high technologies "IT Park" and Globus IT, a leading Russian integrator, signed a strategic agreement to establish a joint laboratory for training IT specialists, focused on building project teams for specific business needs. Director of "IT Park" Ruslan Vlasov and CEO of Globus IT Pavel Korotkiy with the support of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization, represented by Deputy Minister of Digitalization of the republic Bulat Gabdrakhmanov signed the document, which lays the foundation for a fundamentally new approach to technology education.
