The Republic of Tatarstan and Kazakhstan to cooperate in the sphere of new technologies and innovations

The Memorandum on cooperation was signed by the Kazan high technology technopark IT-park and TOO Regional industrial technopark “Aktobe” (Aktyubinsk oblast, Kazakhstan).
Sighing of the document was held during the working visit of delegation of Aktyubinsk oblast of the Kazakhstan Republic to the Tatarstan capital.
The document was signed by Deputy director general of IT-park Ruslan Vlasov and Deputy director general of technopark “Aktobe” Tleules Aldiyarov.
The Kazakhstan Republic advanced the initiative of cooperation and sharing the experience.
According to Tleules Aldiyarov, technopark “Aktobe” is mainly aimed at mining and smelting industry, though modern tendencies require development of IT sector.
The Memorandum implies cooperation in the sphere of realization of innovation projects focused on stable development of competitive economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and Kazakhstan based on efficient and mutually beneficial use of intellectual potential and commercialization of new knowledge.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
