President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev: Level of adoption of electronic technologies must be one of the main criteria of assessing efficiency of state authorities

According to the Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, the level of adoption of electronic technologies in all spheres of public life must be one of the main criteria of assessing efficiency of state authorities. Such a statement was made at an extended session of the State Council.
Members of government, heads of regions, chairmen of supreme courts, leadership of Presidential Administration, chairmen of both parliamentary chambers, public figures and businessmen attended the session in the St George Hall at the Grand Kremlin Palace.
Dmitry Medvedev focused on “Open Government”. He sees its special role in developing democracy in the country, consolidation and increase of efficiency of the state.
“Open Government” should be one more source of regular feedback with citizens. It should enable active citizens and expert communities participate in preparation of decisions by the state power and destroy monopoly of officials for development and assessment of efficiency of their activity,” he said.
The International Competence Centre – the Kazan Technical College of Information Technologies and Communications invites graduates, their parents and all interested individuals to the Open Day event.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
