Governor of Khanty-Mansi autonomous area – Yugra Natalia Komarova visits IT-park

The delegation of Khanty-Mansi autonomous area – Yugra led by the governor Natalia Komarova visited IT-park. The visit is aimed at consolidation of bilateral relations and signing of the Agreement on trade-economic, scientific-technical and social-cultural cooperation between the Republic of Tatarstan and Government of Khanty-Mansi autonomous area– Yugra.
First Vice-governor Alexandr Kim, Aide to the governor Mikhail Kalika, Director of the department for construction, energy and housing-utility complex Sergei Vysotsky, Director of the department for public relations Anton Tretiakov, Director of the department for culture Alexandr Karamzin were on the delegation.
The Tatarstan PM Ildar Khalikov and Director of IT-park Dinar Nasyrov accompanied the guests.
The excursion started from the presentation of IT-park. Officials of Khanty-Mansi autonomous area – Yugra learnt about the largest data processing center of the Volga region – Data Center, resident policy, and Business incubator. Dinar Nasyrov also told about results of IT-park activity for two years and the second site of IT-park in Naberezhnye Chelny.
The delegation visited the Regional center of space services - the monitoring center “GLONASS+112” and Business incubator.
Natalia Komarova was especially interested in the system of electronic documents circulation of the Republic of Tatarstan and Electronic trade information system (ETIS).
The International Competence Centre – the Kazan Technical College of Information Technologies and Communications invites graduates, their parents and all interested individuals to the Open Day event.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
