Users of the People's Control System are most often concerned about the issues of improvement

For nine month of the current year, People's Control service, which helps to solve issues in the area of improvement and quality of service of the population, received about 48,000 applications from involved Tatarstan citizens. Over 35,000 applications have already been solved, more than 8 thousand are planned for implementation in the near future and another 2,000 are in operation. A motivated refusal was the decision for over 2.600 appeals. This decision is given, for example, in the absence of legal reasons for solving the issue in the application.

Territory improvement (over 18,000 applications for nine months), maintenance and repair of municipal roads (more than 11,000 applications) and traffic management (3.600 applications) traditionally remain the most popular topics of appeals among Tatarstan citizens. Also, citizens of the republic are concerned about issues of housing and utilities (3.200 applications) and the work of public transport (1.200 applications).
