KAMAZ and IT-park sign contract on resource outsourcing

Within the next four years group of companies KAMAZ, the largest automobile corporation in Russia, will be using facilities of data center of the Kazan high-technology technopark “IT-park” for placing its IT systems.
The contract was signed by Director of IT-park Dinar Nasyrov and Director of the Center of information and communication technologies of JSC KAMAZ Mikhail Nosov on March 23.
The signing ceremony was held in IT-park with participation of Vice-premier – RT Minister of informatization and communications Nikolai Nikiforov.
KAMAZ will be the first Russian big industrial holding to hand over IT services for outsourcing to a data processing center in another city.
The project is being realized in the context of the program on reengineering KAMAZ information systems and IT infrastructure in 2011-2015 years and is meant to reduce the volume of capital investments in IT infrastructure of the enterprise. According to Mikhail Nosov, savings will make 40 % (about 57 mln roubles).
IT-park data center will be the site for placing KAMAZ information systems used by 5 thousand employees of the enterprise.
The data center of high fault-tolerance level is a special component of IT-park infrastructure which comprises the domain for placing state information systems and resources and the domain for commercial servers including residents of IT-park.

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
On November 27, "Technopark in the sphere of high technologies "IT Park" and Globus IT, a leading Russian integrator, signed a strategic agreement to establish a joint laboratory for training IT specialists, focused on building project teams for specific business needs. Director of "IT Park" Ruslan Vlasov and CEO of Globus IT Pavel Korotkiy with the support of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization, represented by Deputy Minister of Digitalization of the republic Bulat Gabdrakhmanov signed the document, which lays the foundation for a fundamentally new approach to technology education.
