Roman Shaykhutdinov meets Deputy Minister of Education of Russia Irina Potekhina
On September 5, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic – Tatarstan Minister of Informatization and Communication Roman Shaykhutdinov made a presentation of Interregional Competence Centre - the Kazan Technical College of Information Technology and Communications to Deputy Minister of Education of Russia Irina Potekhina, who arrived on a working visit in Kazan.
Potekhina visited the academic buildings, laboratories, the area for the training of the national team for the WorldSkills Championships, as well as the renovated dormitory of the college after major repairs.
To date, there are over 1600 students studying in 12 specialties such as "Information systems and programming", "Providing information security of automated systems", "Network and system administration" and others. The students of the college are proud of the successes at the All-Russian and International WorldSkills Championships, they have gold, silver and bronze medals in many IT competencies.
