Proposals on improving quality of mobile services to be presented at working trip on forming “Open Government”

The fourth session of subgroup “informatization” of the working group on forming “Open Government” was held on March 14 in Moscow under chairmanship of Vice-premier – Tatarstan minister of informatization and telecom Nikolai Nikiforov and Director general of ZAO “Holding company “Composit” Leonid Melamed.
Development of telecommunications and improvement of quality of communication services in Russia were main issues on the agenda. Experts attending the event made suggestions on adopting new technologies, forming tariffs for mobile services, fighting against digital gap and providing high-quality communication services for remote settlements throughout the country.
Final suggestions regarding development of telecommunication services in Russia will be formulated by members of the subgroup at the end of March and submitted for consideration to the head of working group on forming “Open Government” Sergei Ivanov.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
