Users of the Portal of State Services of the Republic of Tatarstan actively assess the received services

In the first half of 2018, Tatarstan citizen assessed the quality of the received medical services about 500,000 times on the Portal of the State Services of the republic or in the mobile application. At the same time, the excellent grade is set in 85 per cent of the cases. Kazan, Chelny and Nizhnekamsk are giving the greatest activity in feedback on services.
