Tatarstan citizens prefer to get the State Services through a mobile application

Tatarstan citizens can use e-services not only on the Portal of State Services of the republic, but also through the mobile application “Services of the Republic of Tatarstan”. Since the launch of the official mobile application, over 600,000 users downloaded the application, available for devices based on operating systems iOS and Android. Today, as many as 20 e-services are available in the mobile application, such as checking and paying fines for violations of traffic rules, paying utility bills and kindergarten, making an appointment with a doctor, registing on a waiting list for a kindergarten are the most demanded services, which cover over 80 per cent of life situations.
