On June 29, in Naberezhnye Chelny, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Director General of the Rostec State Corporation Sergei Chemezov accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister of the republic – Tatarstan Minister of Informatization and Communication Roman Shaikhutdinov visited the technopark in the sphere of high technology IT park, at which the Quantorium children’s technology park is operating.
The guests looked around classrooms and workshops, got acquainted with new methods of teaching little brains in the basics of design and programming, evaluated projects of the Quvantorium’s pupils.
Minnikhanov noted that the Quvantorium children's technology park opened in Naberezhnye Chelny in 2015, was one of the first in Russia. Today, 460 children, who win prizes in various competitions, are trained there.
I have no doubt that this children's technopark will become a serious base for the future digital development of KAMAZ Automaker, Minnikhanov added.
In his turn, Chemezov noted the great potential of the children's technopark and expressed his confidence that the projects developed by the Quantorium’s students can be effectively used at the KAMAZ enterprise.
