10 000 incoming calls and 182 sms sent to the single emergency number «112» with appeal for help have been registered for the period from 30.01.2012 to 05.02.2012. Health deterioration is the most frequent reason (648 appeals), 178 calls were connected with road accidents without any injured people, and 130 - with disturbance of the public peace. By and large, 3000 accident cards were set up for the mentioned period.
