Tatarstan citizens actively assess the quality of the received services

As many as 247 e-services are available to Tatarstan citizens on the Portal of State Services of the republic. It is possible to make online payments, submit e-applications, and send notification aimed at improving the city infrastructure and many other things on the Portal. Enhancing the functionality of the Portal gives the citizens additional possibilities in assessing the received services – in the areas of healthcare and housing and utilities of the republic.
