Sergei Shubin tells residents of IT-park about getting the residency status at “Skolkovo”

IT project manager of “Skolkovo” fund Sergei Shubin revealed the secrets of getting the residency status at the Innovative centre “Skolkovo” on January, 25. IT-park Director Dinar Nasyrov took part in lecture delivered by Sergei Shubin. More than 50 IT-specialists – residents of IT-park and Business incubator gathered in press centre.
IT project manager of “Skolkovo” fund told attendees how to get the residency status at “Skolkovo” and receive a grant up to 300 mln roubles. First of all he explained why innovative companies should strive for becoming a member of “Skolkovo” project and what benefits can they obtain.
“To begin with, fill in a questionnaire on the website. We have more than 30 experts of the highest qualification, 30 % of them are foreigners. All of them would like to see which skills you have, whether you can find partners, establish cooperation”, Sergei Shubin advised.
He also told about some features experts pay attention to, such as commercialization and presence of partnership network. To make it clear Sergei Shubin demonstrated the example of an innovative company, functioning or potential resident of Skolkovo.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
