Andrey Yudov heads the branch of Rostelecom in Tatarstan

Andrey Yudov was born on May 10, 1972 in Nizhny Novgorod. He graduated from Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University. He continued his studies at the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation and received an MBA. Before joining Rostelecom, Yudov held executive positions in VimpelCom and Tattelecom. Total experience in the telecommunications industry is over 20 years.

The Volga regional branch Rostelecom is a structural subdivision of Rostelecom, which provides services in the Volga Federal District and unites 12 regional branches: Kirov, Nizhny Novgorod, Orenburg, Penza, Samara, Saratov, Ulyanovsk,also branches in the Udmurt and Chuvash republics and the republics of Mari El, Mordovia and Tatarstan.
