Quality of life and simplicity of business dealing will attract talented young people and IT-specialists to Tatarstan, Senior partner of seed investment Fund Runa Capital, founder and chairman of Parallels board Sergey Belousov stated at a meeting with journalists held in IT-park by results of his visit to Kazan.
Sergey Belousov arrived in Kazan the day before. On October 30 he overhauled sports infrastructure created in Kazan for Universiade 2013, Universiade Village and future IT-village in Verkhne-Uslonsky region. He posted in Twitter later on that he was impressed by everything he had seen and called Tatarstan “a region with the most efficient management”.
Today Sergey Belousov met with Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at the RT Government House. Minister of informatization and communications Nikolay Nikiforov, and Aide to RT President Anatoly Krasnov also took part in the meeting.
The parties discussed further development of IT-sector in Tatarstan as one of Russian regions. The emphasis was put on today’s development of IT sector as a “growing point” of Tatarstan economy. In order to attract young specialists in Republic, particularly in IT-sector, a comfortable environment is needed so that they can live, work and do their business.
Nikolay Nikiforov believes today IT-sector is a huge global market and it will continue expanding.
Sergey Belousov visited Technopark in the sphere of high technologies “IT-park” and business incubator where he got acquainted with promising projects of residents.
He appreciated the project of “Systems of electronic documents circulation” company saying about its high quality. He believes such projects are investment-attractive.
18 000 government and municipal employees are working in the system of electronic documents circulation which is functioning by the scheme of “cloud” service. The system is being implemented as well in Moscow Government and some federal authorities.
Sergey Belousov also held a master-class on issues of venture investment in IT - park.

On November 27, "Technopark in the sphere of high technologies "IT Park" and Globus IT, a leading Russian integrator, signed a strategic agreement to establish a joint laboratory for training IT specialists, focused on building project teams for specific business needs. Director of "IT Park" Ruslan Vlasov and CEO of Globus IT Pavel Korotkiy with the support of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization, represented by Deputy Minister of Digitalization of the republic Bulat Gabdrakhmanov signed the document, which lays the foundation for a fundamentally new approach to technology education.
