III All-Russia partnership conference of “BARS Group” held in Kazan

Software solutions, key trends of state policy in IT sphere, prospects of transferring state services in electronic format, development of E-government and “cloud” technologies have been presented at III All-Russia partnership conference of “BARS Group”– resident of Technopark in the sphere of high technologies “IT-park”.
The conference was held at the end of September in Kazan with participation of 100 delegates of 55 partner organizations realizing projects in the sphere of informatization on federal, regional and local levels. Among them were top managers of major IT and communication companies such as JSC “Rostelecom” and IBM, officials of efficiently-run regional IT companies, experts in informatization sector.
This year the number of participants was much more than in 2009 and 2010.
Partnership conference is held annually and it aimed at increasing quality of interaction within partnership network “BARS Group” and defining perspective business sectors in IT sector.

The International Competence Centre – the Kazan Technical College of Information Technologies and Communications invites graduates, their parents and all interested individuals to the Open Day event.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
