On August 30, in honor of the birthday of the technopark in Kazan, a large-scale city event will be held - 0001 Fest. A rich program awaits guests of the holiday, including activities for different age categories - photo zones, a lecture hall, a concert program, children's master classes, movie screenings, yoga on the roof.

On August 25, speaking at a board meeting dedicated to the communications industry in Tatarstan, Regional Minister of Digitalization Ayrat Khayrullin summed up the results of the first half of 2023. Deputy Minister Albert Yakovlev made the keynote report. This year, in 77 small rural settlements of Tatarstan, where from 100 to 500 people live, base communication stations will be installed under the programme of elimination of the digital inequality.

The Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin signed an agreement on cooperation between the government of Moscow and the government of Tatarstan on the introduction of information technologies in the sphere of education. After updating the system, Tatarstan schools will have much more efficient tools and functions for the work and organization of the educational process.

For the second year in a row, specialists of IT-companies take an active part in Cifroviada sports competitions. The event is held at the initiative of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization together with Technopark in the sphere of high technologies «IT Park» and «Digitalization» non-commercial organization.

MTS analyzed the number of spam calls in the first half of 2023: due to anti-spam solutions using Big Data analysis, MTS blocked over one billion unwanted calls, which is 28 per cent more than in the six months of last year. In the first half of the year, spammers most often targeted subscribers in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar, Ufa, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Rostov-on-Don, Kazan, and Samara.

Children’s IT Park in the Bashir Rameev Technopark invites everyone to Open Days on August 26 and September 2.

The team of the educational platform will inform about each of the 17 areas of training - from programming and robotics to new media and entrepreneurship, as well as introduce teachers. Parents will be able to learn about their children’s abilities and choose the most appropriate course through free testing.

Yandex Lyceum is an educational system where teenagers aged 13-18 learn modern programming languages and gain applied skills to start an IT career. In the new academic year, Yandex Lyceum expands the list of training areas and opens online training. Due to the new format, students from all regions of Russia will be able to master promising professions. 

MTS has launched a digital eco-educational game that helps calculate your environmental footprint and find ways to reduce it. The game premiered at the Green System City Ecological Festival on August 20 and was organized by the System Charitable Fund in partnership with the MTS digital ecosystem.

On August 18, «Quantorium» children’s technopark opened the shift of the International campus «Technology routes» was opened. For five days, 60 children from Tatarstan, Egypt, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Abkhazia, Belarus will study the use of the latest technologies for developing tourist routes, creating projects using 3D printing, augmented reality, VR technologies, cartography, panoramic filming and technologies with using artificial intelligence.
