According to the law, operators must keep voice and text messages for 30 days and the Internet companies should keep text messages, voice information, images, sounds, videos and other e-messages of users for six months. Moreover, companies are obliged to provide this information on request of security forces.

For the first time, the Russian team won first place not only in the points, but also in the medals, winning the largest number of gold medals among all 29 participating countries.
