On March 23, Russian Ministry of Communications and Mass Media together with Digital Economy Non-Commercial Organization with the support of the largest Russian Internet companies and services developed and launched the digital services resource, which is available at all.online and vseonline.online.

A new Internet portal “Access for All”, containing all free online services and services for those who work and study at home due to forced self-isolation during the spread of the coronavirus pandemic, has started to work.

On March 20, at 18:00, the official Instagram account of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization @digital_tatarstan will host a live broadcast where the concept of the Active Citizen super-service will be introduced.

On March 19, at the Ministry of Digitalization of the republic, Minister of this department Ayrat Khayrullin, Director of International Competence Centre – Kazan College of Information Technologies and Communications Yury Bagrov, Director General of Tattelecom Company Airat Nurutdinov, First deputy Minister of Education and Science of the republic Andrey Pominov and other officials took part in a meeting of Supervisory Board of International Competence Centre – Kazan College of Information Technologies and Communications.

On March 19, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov together with Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications Ayrat Khayrullin and Minister of Education and Science Rafis Burganov visited Kazan Lyceum No. 131, where they checked the readiness of schools to the implementation of an e-learning system organized to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
