The text of the decree is published on the official portal of legal information of Tatarstan.

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a government decree under which IT companies accredited by the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation applying for a soft loan, will have to refuse to pay dividends for the duration of the loan agreement.

On April 18-19, Saransk hosted qualifying competitions preceding the final of the 10th National Championship "Young Professionals" (WorldSkills Russia) and the final competition equal to the Final of the 10th National Championship "Young Professionals" (WorldSkills Russia).

On April 15, voting for yards, parks and squares to be improved in 2023 started in Tatarstan. All users of the State Services Portal of the republic can take part in it until May 30.

This year for the first time young Tatarstan citizens will be able to vote from the age 14. Residents of the republic will be able to choose 200 yards to be improved as a priority under the «Our Yard» programme.

As many as 3,087 yard areas of the republic will participate in the voting.

Information Technology Centre of the Republic of Tatarstan (CIT RT) developed a platform for planning and conducting video conferences, which can replace the foreign Zoom platform. In accordance with the instructions of the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control, it is recommended not to use videoconferencing services of foreign production in public authorities. 

Russian Ministry of Digital Development announces the recruitment for training under the Digital Professions project. Additional IT education with a discount of 50 percent, 75 percent or free will be available to residents of all regions of Russia over 16.

On April 16, at 2 p.m.  International Competence Centre – the Kazan Technical College of Information Technologies and Communications will hold the Open Day for the applicants and their parents as well as for everyone who is interested in information about additional education in the IT-sphere, the press service of the educational institution reports.

On April 7, at the IT Park in Kazan, the stage of the All-Russian Startup Tour organized by the Foundation «Skolkovo» will be held. As many as 97 applications from all over the country were submitted for the contest. The winner of the grand final will receive a prize of 300,00 roubles and the opportunity to introduce the project at Startup Village.

On 6 April in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting of the Security Council of the republic and the Coordination Meeting on provision of law and order, where the participant discussed additional measures in implementation and development of the law-enforcement part of the Safe City hardware and software system. The Chairman of the regional State Council Farid Mukhametshin and Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin also took part in the meeting. 

Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation started the submission of applications from right holders for placing products on the Russian software marketplace. The relevant form is published on the State Services Portal. To fill in, authorization as a legal entity is required.
