On July 25, the remote admission of applications to universities for state-funded places ended. In total this year, applicants submitted 2.8 million applications, Russian Ministry of Digital Development reported. Including 2.2 million submitted the applications through «Admission to the university online» superservice.

The stable signal and Internet at an average speed of 20 Mbps will help residents of settlements stay connected and use the necessary digital services. About 1.5 thousand people live in settlements with a 300-year history.

MTS Telecommunication Company, a digital ecosystem, analyzed Russia’s startup market in the first half of 2023. According to the results of the study, Kazan closes the top three cities, where the most start-ups are launched, behind only Moscow and Saint Petersburg.

Registration of the Olympiad participants will open in September, not only schoolchildren, students, but also active IT-specialists, with a separate stream provided, will be able to join.
