On March 27, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization Ilya Nachvyn held a meeting with Director General of "Info-Obereg" Vladimir Dorofeev.

Such meetings between the minister and representatives of the IT community are held on Fridays in an open dialogue format. These personal meetings provide an opportunity for companies to share their experiences, discuss their projects and seek support.

Residents of Tatarstan can print photos of World War II veterans free of charge at MFC centers for the “Immortal Regiment” procession.

The great celebration — Victory Day — is approaching. Tatarstan residents can print photos of their relatives at any time, though most requests typically come before May holidays.

Photos can be brought from family albums or submitted electronically. Interested individuals can scan, enlarge and print portraits of veterans in A4 format. It is advisable to request the service in advance, as delivery of the finished color photograph may take up to five business days. Black-and-white photos are printed immediately.

On April 18, at 2 p.m.  International Competence Centre – the Kazan Technical College of Information Technologies and Communications invites the future applicants and their parents as well as anyone who is interested in information on additional education in the digital sphere to the Open Day to be held at the following address: Kazan, Ulitsa Bary Galeeva, building 3a (Stop: “Sovetskaya Ploshchad”).

Gymnasium No. 155 in Kazan hosted an educational session under the “Digital Literacy” project, focusing on the topic “safe communication in messenger apps”.

“Digital Literacy” is a nationwide initiative aimed at helping adults and children improve their digital skills and gain a better understanding of cybersecurity. The project includes a series of animated videos and methodological materials for teachers. All information is available on the official project website and accessible to the public.

In April 2026, Yandex’s delivery robots will begin operating in the Novo-Savinovsky and Soviet districts of Kazan. They will deliver orders from “Yandex.Lavka,” with additional services such as “Food” and “Delivery” planned to be added later.

Robotic delivery is aimed at integrating modern technologies into residents’ daily lives and make them more convenient. Citizens will be able to track the robot’s movement in real time on a map within the app. As robots do not require rest, they can provide reliable service around the clock.

A resident of the IT Park, TeleDoc company has developed the T-Doc telemedicine platform, which allows patients to receive online medical consultations and undergo examinations without queues or unnecessary trips to the clinic.

Telemedicine services gained popularity during the coronavirus pandemic when digital technologies became essential for providing remote medical care. The Russian telemedicine services market continues to grow steadily. Russian Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko stated in an interview that the volume of telemedicine services is five times higher than planned targets. According to BusinesStat, the market tripled between 2020 and 2024, reaching 15.8 billion roubles, and according to MAR CONSULT forecasts, it reached 20–21 billion roubles by the end of 2025. The growth drivers of the Russian telemedicine market include the development of AI technologies and personalized medical services.

Geopager presented its activities and introduced a navigation system project for unmanned transport.
