The 5th All-Russia computer championship among pensioners opened at Kazan IT-park. Representatives of 71 Russian regions, Abkhazia, Belarus, Belgium, Poland, Slovenia, and Finland will take part in the event.

On August 21, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov and CEO of the Center of information technologies of the Republic of Tatarstan Tatyana Kamaletdinova took part in an annual meeting of educational workers dedicated to modern education and new strategic solutions that was held in Bugulma.

The grant will be provided under the subprogramme “State support of the development of economic environment and human capital in IT sphere in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2014 -2020” of the State programme “Development of information and communication technologies in the Republic of Tatarstan “Open Tatarstan” in 2014 – 2020” approved by the Cabinet of Ministers Decree dated as of 17.12.2013 № 1000.

Training on information security for employees of Tatarstan government authorities who are responsible for administration of the State integrated system of telecommunications was held at Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications on August 21. Head of Department for information security Ilyas Sabirov and a representative of Federal Security Service made reports at the training.

Patients with oncological diseases are registered in the automated system of the Regional clinical oncologic dispensary of the Tatarstan Ministry of Health. All information about medical examinations is saved in “Electronic health care” system. 1.2 mln electronic applications for diagnosis of oncological diseases have been received for seven months of 2015.

Employees of Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications took part in a video conference with representatives of Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, Federal Migration Service, Federal Bailiff Service and loan organizations.

Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications and the Presidential Department of state service and personnel are intensively developing the Unified information personnel system of state civil service in the Republic of Tatarstan.

70,158 applications have been registered in Social register of population of the Republic of Tatarstan. 60, 061 individual social programmes have been made up, 56,426 contracts have been signed with citizens.
