From November 28 to December 25, the All-Russian Online Olympiad «Safe Internet» will be held, during which students of grades 1-9 will be able to test their digital literacy and develop skills for safe behavior on the Internet. The Olympiad was organized by «National Priorities» non-profit organization with the support of the national project «Digital Economy», Russian Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media and VK and is held on the educational platform of Uchi.ru.

On December 4, the Kazan IT Park on Peterburgskaya, 52 hosted a seminar-meeting on the topic “Use of artificial intelligence in minimizing corruption risks. Possibility of conducting anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts and draft regulatory legal acts using artificial intelligence algorithms.”

MTS, a digital ecosystem, announces the launch of an open beta test of the new user video platform NUUM. You can take part in testing at this address or in the corresponding applications on iOS and Android. The full launch of the product is planned for 2024.

On December 4, the Kazan TV tower of the branch of the Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting Network will turn on festive lighting in the form of the logo of the Year of Digitalization in Tatarstan.

The festive lighting will be observed from 5 p.m. till 11 p.m.

On December 16, Moscow will host the final competition «Robot Battles». Teams from Russia, India, China and Turkey will enter the arena at the Expocentre. The semi-finals and finals of the championship will take place on the same day.

Since November 1, the registration for the International Competition in Robotics and Digital Technologies “DETalka-2024” to be held in Saint Petersburg is open. The theme of this season’s Competition is «The Power of Engineering». The competition will be held at the site «Tochka Kipeniya - Saint Petersburg» and at the concert hall A2 at the address: Saint Petersburg,  Medical Officer avenue, 3 on May 10 and 11, 2024. 

The tournament was held under the implementation of a regional project aimed at the development and promotion of phygital sports in Tatarstan at the Multi-disciplinary Lyceum 18 after Lomonosov.

The qualifying round of the Olympiad takes place from November 13 to December 4, 2023, and the final round will be held in the period from February 26 to March 22, 2024. The Russian educational IT company MAXIMUM Education (Umax Company) holds the Olympiad. Students aged 14 to 17 are free to participate.

On December 3, on the Day of the Unknown Soldier, the TV tower of the branch of the Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting Network of Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting Center of Tatarstan will turn on architectural and artistic lighting, symbolizing the Eternal Flame.

On November 30, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Deputy Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the republic Ilya Nachvin, Director General of Tattelecom Telecommunication Company Ayrat Nurutdinov took part in a solemn ceremony of laying the foundation stone to the new building of the computing centre “Tattelecom” in Kazan.
