Promotion of innovative methods for developing economic sectors and increasing efficiency of work of authorities using ICT upon rendering state services in the sphere of education, health care, housing and municipal economy, and social industry. The contest will be held till May 30, 2014.

They can also sign for receiving sms notifications about academic performance and attendance. Users of the Portal uslugi.tatarstan.ru regularly send appeals to the state information system “Public control” concerning unsatisfactory condition of the housing fund, requesting for capital repair and distribution of funds they pay in accordance with the bills.
50, 000 pupils took part in regional contest “IT champion” for one month. The contest is held in two stages: on March 15 - May 25, and on May 26 – December 10. Pupils of 1-11 forms can take part in the contest. By results of the contest three pupils from each municipality will get laptops.

On April 24 conference “IT park- the centre of solutions and IT outsourcing” will be held at Naberezhnye Chelny IT park with the auspices of Russian Ministry of Communication and Mass Media, Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communication, and Naberezhnye Chelny Mayor’s Office.
