The Ministry of Information and Communications informs about launching of new services “Deputies of the Republic of Tatarstan” and “Discussion of projects of normative legal acts”. Using the first service citizens can find information about biography and work of deputies. The second service citizens can take part in discussion of bills passed in the Republic of Tatarstan.

For the first time more than 3 million electronic services were rendered on the portal of state services in September. Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov will tell about results of the portal work for nine months of 2014 and prospects of development at a briefing at Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers on November 5 at 14:00.

On October 30, Kazan branch of the federal state unitary enterprise “Russian television and radio broadcasting network “Radio and television broadcasting center of the Republic of Tatarstan” celebrated the 55th anniversary.

On October 30, Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov will present the bill “On providing access to information about activity of state authorities and municipal self-government bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan” at the 3d session of Tatarstan State Council of the 5th convocation. The bill was developed in accordance with the law № 8 dated as of February 9, 2009 “On providing access to information about activity of state authorities and local self-government bodies”.

On October 29, Iran’s Vice-President for Science and Technology Affairs Sorena Sattari, who came to Kazan with a big Iranian delegation, consisted of members of Iranian Government, educational workers and employees of technology centers, visited Kazan IT-park. Sorena Sattari was accompanied by Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov.

Results of the first stage of priority registration of domain names in top-level .TATAR domain have been summarized. During two months owners of trademarks included into The Trademark Clearinghouse (TMCH) have been sending their requests. 20 names have now been registered. Among them are amazon.tatar, facebook.tatar, google.tatar, microsoft.tatar, youtube.tatar, innopolis.tatar.

Tatarstan Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov took part in XIII All-Russian Forum «Strategic Planning in the Regions and Cities of Russia» in St. Petersburg on October 27-28. He took part in a plenary session “Plans and reality” in format of open discussion and a roundtable “On strategic planning in the Russian Federation”.

26 Russian teams that will take part in World Robot Olympiad (November 21-23, Sochi) have been formed in accordance with results of final competitions. 90 pupils from 15 Russian regions took part in the competitions organized by Russian Ministry of Education and Science and Innopolis University, a national operator of World Robot Olympiad.

In 2014, users of “Public control” system sent 3,672 positive comments concerning resolutions passed by categories moderated by Tatarstan Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities.

On October 26, experts summarized results of 15th selection of projects for Business-incubator of Kazan IT-park. Only 10 of 21 projects acquired residency status.
