On July 10, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications Ayrat Khayrullin, congratulated the Chairman of the Public Council under the Ministry, the first Minister of Communications of Tatarstan, who headed the ministry in 1993-2005, Rinat Zalyalov on his 75th birthday.
