On July 16, during the "Island 10-22" educational intensive university 2035, it was announced that Tatarstan became one of the five regions of Russia, where the model of providing digital certificates to the population will be tested under the implementation of the federal project “Personnel for the digital economy” of the Digital Economy of the Russian Federation national programme. In total of 31 Russian regions took part in the testing contest.
