In 2020, in Tatarstan, the Post processed over 6.7 million postal items, which is 18 per cent more than last year. The biggest workload was in November-December. In the pre-New Year season, Tatarstan postal staff received and sent over 715,000 items per month, while in the non-holiday months, about 550,000 items were received.
Russian Ministry of Digital Development summed up the results of the connection of socially significant facilities to the Internet in 2020.
Most of the connections, namely about 8,900 were made to medical and obstetric centres. About 8,400 educational institutions and about 3,900 State and local authorities were also connected.

International Competence Centre – the Kazan Technical College of Information Technologies and Communications starts submitting of applications for a free course "Cyberhygiene and work with big data" in the children's creativity centre "IT-Cube". Starting from February, Kazan offices of the Multifunctional Centers (MFC) of the republic will not operate once a month due to the training of employees on legislative innovations.
