All second-stage vaccinated users with a confirmed account on State Services Portal, the certificate will automatically be displayed in the portal notification tape and will remain in the personal office account.

Since the start of operation of the modernized COVID-19 contact centre, operators have processed almost 127,000 calls from residents of the republic. On average, the 122 hotline received over 1,100 calls per day.
The 122 hotline operates around the clock. As many as 70 operators per shift consult Tatarstan residents, and the telephone robot Lilia answers the most pressing questions about the coronavirus.
