During the first five months of 2020, residents of the republic donated twice as much to charity through the Portal of State Services as during the entire 2019.
In the period from January to May of the current year, about 6.2 million roubles were received in charitable foundations of Tatarstan.
During five month of the current year, Tatarstan citizens have submitted over 4038 applications to the Civil Registry Office for marriage registration through the Portal of State Services of Tatarstan.
To date, about 54,000 residents of the republic have subscribed to receive orders on fines of the traffic police in e-form on the Portal of State Services of Tatarstan.
On April 10, speaking at a videoconference at the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications Ayrat Khayrullin said that next week a new tenth aim will be added to the digital permit system, namely, a visit to the offices of the Multifunctional centre and the branches of the Pension Fund.
A new section “Insurance” has appeared on the Portal of state and municipal services Tatarstan. Due to this service, users of State Portal can receive insurance services at a convenient time and without visiting the office of Ak Bars Insurance Company.
The Portal of State Services of the republic has implemented the possibility of issuing a virtual bankcard of the Mir payment system. Residents of the republic will be able to pay for public services without a commission using this card.
The new service on Tatarstan Official Portal of Public Services is available to car owners. Now, decisions on fines for traffic violations can be obtained in e-form instead of paper based.
A chatbot, being tested on the Official Portal of Tatarstan State Services, can analyze user questions, find the information they need and have a dialogue both independently and with the help of an operator.
Tatarstan citizens can vote for public space, which is necessary to improve in 2020. The online survey on the Portal of State Services of the republic and Tatarstan Services mobile application has been extended until June 15.
An online survey to choose the priority public spaces, parks, squares, embankments, streets and other territories to be improved in 2020 under the Formation of a comfortable urban environment programme and the public spaces of Tatarstan was launched on the Portal of State Services of the republic.
