A programmed complex meant for controlling speed rate on roads was introduced to Chief of Russian State Traffic Safety Inspectorate.
The system developed by “Avtodoria” enables defining speed rate by calculating time during which a vehicle covers the distance between two fixed recorders using GLONASS and electronic digital signature. It is aimed to solve a problem with overspeeding on long parts of the road and in future will train drivers to watch over the speed of their vehicles.
The invention was introduced for patent.
Earlier Mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin and President of Chivash Republic showed interest towards the project. RF Minister of interiors Rashid Nurgaliev appreciated “Abtodoria” while visiting Business incubator.
