Ildar Khalikov handed awards and honorary titles to employees of communications sector

December, 14. A solemn ceremony of handing State Awards of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan took place in representative building of the Kazan Kremlin. RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov handed awards and honorary titles to outstanding figures of republic.
39 people were awarded with honorary titles of the Republic of Tatarstan, 14 – of the Russian Federation. Among them were employees of communications sector.
So, the honorary title “Honored worker of communications sector of the Republic of Tatarstan” was awarded to the First deputy minister of informatization and communications Yuri Bagrov, medal of “The order of Merit for the Motherland” of the II class was handed to COO of “Broadcasting transmission centre of RT”, - the branch of FGUP “Russian television and broadcasting network” Vladimir Yakimov. Anvar Valeev who had been at the head of federal supervision agency for information technologies and communications for a long time, was awarded with honorary title “Hnored worker of communications sector of the Russian Federation”.
After finishing the solemn ceremony, Ildar Khalikov thanked all employees for selfless labour and congratulated on gaining high awards on behalf of RT President.
The International Competence Centre – the Kazan Technical College of Information Technologies and Communications invites graduates, their parents and all interested individuals to the Open Day event.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
