Project “Electronic Tatarstan” was presented to members of Volgograd delegation

Capacities of using information technologies in work of public authorities by the example of the project “E-government of the Republic of Tatarstan” were presented to members of delegation of Volgograd oblast in the course of visiting technopark in the sphere of high technologies “IT - park” in Kazan.

We remind that delegation of Volgograd oblast headed by the governor Anatoly Brovko arrived in Kazan with two-day working visit.

The guests visited a number of sport objects built in Kazan within the limits of preparatory actions for Universiade 2013 and IT-park that was presented by RT Deputy Minister of informatization and communications Dinar Nasyrov. In particular, he told about realization of the project “Electronic Tatarstan” that was started in 2005, presented capacities of “E-government of the Republic of Tatarstan” and the project “Electronic documents circulation” with use of electronic digital signature.

IT-park in Kazan is the first technopark in Russia of this kind built within the limits of federal program of creating high-tech technoparks. A Data-center meant for placing state information systems and resources and servers of companies - residents of IT-park is located on its the territory.

Dinar Nasyrov told about the policy in respect of companies - residents of IT-park (the preference is given to Russian companies which have their own products and projects on software distribution).

By words of Dinar Nasyrov, Tatarstan leadership sets the task before IT-sector – to develop and extend production volumes.

The work of information kiosk – “infomat” was also presented to the guests. Citizens of republic may use state services in electronic format via infomat.

Moreover, capacities of the system for coordinating rescue of the injured “GLONASS+112” was demarcated to members of the delegation.
