Russian Minister of Communications and Mass Media Nikolay Nikiforov, Deputy Chairman of Slovenian Government - Minister of foreign affairs Karl Erjavec and Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, and Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov will take part in the session.
