Tatarstan was one of the first regions to use electronic books

Due to arrangements reached by Tatarstan Ministry of Education and Science, Centre of information technologies, Fedorov publishing house and companies “Kirill and Mefodiy”, and “Rukarta”, all Tatarstan pupils and teachers have access to electronic books for primary school.
In 2014 the access is provided on free basis within the framework of the pilot project. From 2015 Tatarstan Ministry of Education and Science will decide what books will be purchased. In accordance with the order of Russian Ministry of Education and Science №1047, there should be two versions of books – printed and electronic.
Students and teachers can work with books on any computer or device. The access to the system is available using personal login and password given in the system “Electronic education in the Republic of Tatarstan”. Users from 900 Russian and foreign cities currently work with electronic books.
To the point, 900, 000 users work in the system “Electronic education in the Republic of Tatarstan”.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
