Andrey Burenin: “I consider Skoltech to be a potential partner of Innopolis”

Answering journalists’ questions at a briefing at Russian Startup Tour in Kazan, Board Chairman of Skolkovo Foundation Andrey Burenin said that cooperation between Skolkovo and Innopolis may be established in the sphere of staff training and professional development.
“Cooperation of Skolkovo and Innopolis is a very interesting issue. Skoltech Research University is being constructed in Skolkovo. It will combine teaching, research activity and commercialization,” he added.
Andrey Burenin noted that Skoltech closely cooperates with Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Innopolis also has a major partner - Carnegie Mellon University.

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
