Roman Shaikhutdinov holds meeting with heads of communication enterprises

A meeting with heads of information and communication enterprises was held at IT park on December 30. The gross income in the industry made 46.2 bln rubles, the share of the industry in GRP made 3.15 per cent. Investments of enterprises in the industry made 15.7 bln rubles. A great part of this amount was allocated for Innopolis project.
Benefits for small IT companies, prejudicial block of extremist websites, state programme “Open Tatarstan for 2014-2020” were discussed at the meeting.
Roman Shaikhutdinov also introduced new Director of Kazan IT lyceum Timerbulat Samerkhanov and wished everyone happy new year.
A solemn presentation of state and industry awards was held afterwards.

Students at Gymnasium No. 75 in Kazan took part in an educational session under the "Digital Literacy" project, focusing on topics such as "Pet Protection in the Digital World" and "Harmful tips on Digital Security", which is implemented in support of the national project “Data Economy”.
