Awards presented to winners of regional contest “SOLO” at Kazan IT park

Super final of the regional contest “SOLO” was held on December 25 in Kazan. The announced winners are Aglyamzyanova Venera (Kazan), Zainutdinova Elvira (Elabuga), and Mikhailov Aleksandr (Buinsk). Solemn presentation of awards was held at Kazan IT park on December 28.
Minister of Information and Communication Roman Shaikhutdinov and Minister of Education and Science Engel Fattakhov took part in the event.
To the point, the contest was held on August 1 – December 15. It was initiated by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov to help citizens master their skills in modern computer technologies and arouse their interest towards touch typing method.
All Tatarstan citizens who registered on the website solo.tatarstan.ru could participate in the contest.
Citizens of seven categories (state service, municipal service, students of higher educational institutions, industry, construction, design and geodesic organisations, 11-form pupils, teachers) completed their training and passed the selective test.
Leaders of the selective test were invited to onsite competitions on November 30.
Three winners were finally selected in each category. They took part in super final event on December 25.

On December 11, Moscow hosted this year's important IT events: the awards ceremony for the winners of the "Sprint to the Future - Code of Success!" award and the Sprint 2.0 Accelerator Demo Day.
In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
